just finished doing some weightlifting. now relaxing with a very tall glass of red wine.
I feel so much better after a weightlifting session.
That's something I need to do. Start an exercise program. I love exercising, it's just getting started. I always seem to find something else to do. It's a shame because it makes the body feel so good and also helps to alleviate stress.
I'll probably start today because it's spring break and my days won't be interrupted taking my son back and forth to school.
