at this late in the game---with just 2 years left near the top at best---it is time to let those hard courts go just a little bit anyway.
it is just not worth the risk.
you may have heard general masterclass and me talk about this. we have talking about it for years.
all his injuries have their origins on the hard courts.
I would let the hard court activity drop off a little bit. that is the only way for him to stay healthy and to stay in the sport a little longer.
certainly after the u.s. open he does not need to spend endless time on the hard courts for the sake of money and cheap points.
the cost of that staggering as we have seen.
