Rafa is in rome already.
hopefully he will hit the practice courts hard today.
lets go Rafa. vamossssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
make it happen in rome.
Any news on his practice sessions? I've been too busy to keep up.
well I heard he was not able to practice the other day because of rain. there are indoor clay courts everywhere in rome and france right next door.
he could have jumped on a plane for a 45 minute flight to an indoor clay court. you know he has all the money in the world now.
and I saw one of his practice sessions where he was just lazily hitting serves against carlos berlocq. uncle tony did not look too happy but he was standing around feeding him balls to serve.
why not practice your serve in your own damn time. he is still not willing to work on the 3 things that ail him the most:
1. fitness
2. backhand
3. return of serve
I am not happy with him obviously. no man in tennis history will ever have the chance Rafa has.
and that is go after the slam record. he is just not taking it seriously enough.
his fans and his skyrocketing popularity is not helping. it is taking up a lot of his time.
and the second his fans let up, his sponsors take over. they want his time and his attention also.
I am not even sure how he is able to practice at all. he can hardly get to the practice courts and he can hardly leave them.
that has to drain his energies to some extent also. he is humble so he gives them his time.
