affirmative. that is what I will do.
we will do it in a Camelot fashion.
on another note, I am quite disappointed in berdych and milos. I expected more from them on this stage.
they have had their share of getting tight in the clutch/key moments. I thought today they would right the ship a little bit.
especially milos. it was almost as if right on cue: I knew exactly when he would choke and get tight because I had seen it so many times before.
but I was still hoping that today would be different.
That's the sad thing about watching anyone other than the Big Four. Tennis is going to take a big hit when these guys are gone. I know that others will step up to take the titles, but so far I'm not seeing that championship mettle in the newcomers.
Berdych, as much as I love him, is a headcase. I don't think he has enough belief in himself. Since Ernie did so well in this tournament, I figured he'd chicken out. And Raonic, probably felt the pressure from having done so good against Nole recently, that he didn't stick to his game plan.
It's not like I expect these guys to win, but when you're fighting for a chance to be in a semifinal of a major, and potentially a final, they need to bring more fight to the showdown. Outside of the Big Four, tennis is pretty darn boring.
