Rafa the invincible.
He did it lady TT.
this is why Camelot is required reading.
we called it.
I can't believe he did it. Both players were struggling with the conditions throughout. They said that during the tournament the weather had been a lot cooler and then Sunday, it was really hot. The most amazing thing is that Nadal's back started acting up during the match. And after he won and went up into the stands he asked Toni and that other guy to get him a doctor. So, that second set was crucial. If he had went down two sets, he probably wouldn't have continued and lost another major due to the back. And he was also cramping. Novak appears to have had an upset stomach. Bad luck for both guys.
They did an amazing job, considering what they were going through physically.
The probably with the back is that it can flare up at anytime. But what an indomitable will to play like he did without showing any signs of distress. Did you happen to see the point where his knees almost buckled? I don't know if they showed it on NBC or TTC, but it blew me away.
