this is from the movie "gladiator".
there was a famous line in that movie: "echo in eternity" were the words used in that famous line by general maximus decimus meridious.
this is done by the professionals who are armed with some of the most expensive photoshop software on the planet. they also have considerable training/education in graphic design.
It's an amazing piece of art. It would be so cool to be able to do this.
