Lady TT, that's November for the surgery, correct?

It's about time. I guess they need everything he was taking for his appendicitis to clear his system before the surgery.

But he knew he was going to lose? 

I don't know, but it seems as if he must have had a lot of pressure on him to force him to play with appendicitis.

It's all been very strange to me. But then we don't know everything that's going on, either.

Yes, the surgery is scheduled for November 3rd. I guess he played because he was supposed to play last year and pulled out. He may have felt pressure to pull out at the last minute again. Who knows how another pullout would have affected his business interests? I can imagine he would've gotten a lot of negative press, so he opted to play, but not at full strength.

I think he played to fulfill his commitment.
