Rafa will get back to his domination on clay lady TT.
that is where it has to start again for it to carry over to other surfaces.
he is going right back to the hard courts. and that is the problem. there is just no point in chasing points and the top rank right now when he cant even get on the courts, let alone practice and train.
I would be devastated and so would he if the wrist injury and the back injury resurface on the hard courts again leading up the Australian open.
that means no rafa in 2015.
back is causing problems already. so he has to think very hard to try to come back on the hard courts right now.
I hope it all works out; I really do. It's so sad for someone to be so talented, willing, and determined and be betrayed by their bodies like that. It reminds me of Haas and del Potro, two other guys who have never been able to catch a break.
Sometimes, IMO, people try to find a "reason," but I think that's just the way the cookie crumbles. Some things are meant, and some things are not.
