I'm glad he came back early instead of waiting for the clay season, but I also expected it to be rough, especially with the weather, getting re-acclimated, and re-learning how to play with pressure.

That match will Smychek was hard to watch and I thought Rafa might pull out. I'm glad he battled through. Hopefully, he'll be able to handle everything better in the next match.
