it was warm here today and yesterday.
it will start turning cold again tomorrow night. Tuesday night's low is supposed to be 23-24.
by the way I have another pet peeve: don't these worthless bastards know when to stop at tennis warehouse?
many of them keep leveling horrible accusations on Rafa.
and on facebook and twitter Federer fans are wishing him a very long injury. I have even seen them wish him death.
how low can these people go.
he is just a normal dude who was raised by a normal family to be humble and modest. he just happens to be born with amazing athletic abilities.
he has worked very hard to make the most of those athletic abilities.
he works very bloody hard for his wins. it took a lot out of him to produce that superb performance against Federer. he spent too much energy in getting that win.
that is what led to the back injury. he was finally a little fatigued.
people forget that he won 10 tournaments in 2013 and it took a lot out of him. and then he just kept on going in order to grab the top ranking from nole.
Rafa was tired. you can see it on his face. he is worn out right now.
he must definitely would have found his way back into the match. it is very unfortunate that it turned out the way it did.
stan was playing very well. this one had the potential of going the full distance. rafa would have taken that match if it had gone to 5 sets and I think it would have had he never sustained the back injury.
Honestly, I don't think there are any depths that they will not sink to. They were wishing him death at TW as well. This one poster who hadn't been there since about August, 2013 couldn't believe it. He was getting so angry and I kept trying to calm him down. So you know they nosedived for me, one after the other. I'm sorry, i was laughing so hard at how unhinged they got. And there were getting angrier that I wasn't mad.
Eventually, the mods banned three of them. But there were so many that needed that ban.
How one can be so despicable escapes me, yet at the same time, it fascinates me. I'm trying to understand how anyone can have that much hatred inside of them. Period. Not hatred towards someone who wronged you, but someone who doesn't even know you exist. That is mind-boggling.
It got me to thinking, why is that so many Fed Fans act this way? And people say all fan bases act the same way. I disagree. To me, that's not true at all. I have never seen a Rafa, Nole, or Murray fan wish death on another player.
What I have noticed is that the Rafa fans use humor a lot and try to compromise. There are a few that are in your face, but the amount is miniscule.
But what puzzles me is that it isn't only at TW, it's anywhere that you read an article about Rafa, and the daggers come out from them.
I think that's odd, don't you?
