When looking for anything in life who strives for the latest, greatest thing without settling?

When looking for a mate we don't insist upon being in relationship with the most beautiful or handsomest person on earth, because they would  be unrealistic.

It's the same reason that we all don't drive Bentley's and Aston-Martins, or live in mansions.

We settle regarding a multitude of things in life, so why can't that debate be settled.
