Dummy, she showed her hand, her and Sheree. They are all ready to kiss Nene's behind and if Nene doesn't come back, they are going to be in deep trouble. Please let it happen that the Moose isn't back for Season 9. That's all I want for the new year.

Oh great! How many members do you guys have? Wouldn't that be great if Nene were just visiting? Kenya isn't biting her tongue about her feelings about Nene coming back nor is she faking being happy about it. I noticed too that even though she didn't say anything negative about her showing up, she wasn't smiling At. All. So, her going to see Nene in Chicago confuses me. I hate needing to always know what is going on. Hahahaha

We have over 300+ members but new people join daily. It's a start at least.

I hope she is just visiting. It's hard to tell judging by the different reactions. Phaedra, Sheree, and Cynthia are bending over backwards to kiss her wide load, but Porsha has remained mute. I think something happened with them so if Nene comes back, Phaedra will definitely turn on Porsha and Porsha will have no one because Kim will no go doubt go along with Phaedra. Porsha won't even be able to fight Cynthia for a position with Nene. Oh what a tangled web.

No Kenya isn't happy about Nene's return and she's making no bones about it. As to her reasons for going to see Nene in Chicago, maybe she knows where they stand and that Nene will never like her, which could be why she's speaking her mind, but also showing that they can be civil by attending Chicago. At this point she has nothing to lose or gain. Nene is Nene and she'll always be a jealous hater.

Phaedra I am Closer to Porsha Williams Than Kandi

It looks as though Phaedra Parks and Kandi Burruss aren’t going to be best friends again any time soon, despite what their fans had hoped.

After the two BFFs started feuding during Season 7 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, when Phaedra accused Kandi of not supporting her enough during the tumultuous period leading to Apollo Nida’s incarceration and Kandi claiming she wasn’t getting much of a shoulder to lean on either, it looked as though the two were starting to mend fences, but it seems like the pair can’t totally undo the damage to their friendship.

Although the pair’s heart-to-heart in Season 8 seemed to be getting them back on the right track (as did Phaedra’s attendance at Kandi’s recent baby shower), Phaedra admits to OK! Magazine they’re still a work in progress.

“We’re trying to rebuild and only time will tell what happens,” says the mom of two.

Phaedra may still need a shoulder to cry on over the ongoing drama with her jailbird hubby and her attempts to make things work as a single mom, but with Kandi demoted from best friend status, she’s had to look elsewhere, subbing in her outfit twin Porsha Williams as her go-to girl.

“I’m closer to Porsha at this point in time,” says Phaedra.

It’s been nearly a year since Phaedra Parks announced that she would be divorcing her husband Apollo Nida, but The Real Housewives of Atlanta star still has yet to file.

RadarOnline.com has learned that this might because the 44-year-old reality star still has feelings for her jailed hubby.
“I still love my husband, and I’ll always love him,” she admitted during an interview with OKMagazine.com. “He’s the father of my children, and something great came from our union.”

According to Parks, she hasn’t given up on love.

“I’m very optimistic,” she said. “This has not tainted my view on love.”

“I think love is a beautiful thing,” she continued. “I believe in love — I always believe in love.”

Despite her husband serving an 8-year sentence for federal fraud, Parks reasons beyond his lock-up.

“I think everything happens in its perfect season and its perfect time and bad things happen to great people,” she said. “Good things happen to bad people. But I think love conquers all, and so I think it’s a possibility.”

While Parks remains hopeful, it doesn’t erase the fact that she is stuck at home raising their two sons, Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 2, by herself.

“I think the hardest part about being a single mom is that all the responsibilities and all the weight of being a parent falls on your shoulders, so you really don’t have a lot time to just concentrate on being off and just relaxing,” she admitted about the situation. “I really don’t have a lot of time to do some of the things I used to could do when I was single and didn’t have children.”

Her children require much of her time.

“It’s being busy constantly and learning how to juggle two children, different schools, different carpools, different activities, different play dates,” she said. “It can be quite stressful.”

But at least her family has stepped up to help out while Nida, 44, does his time.

“My parents are really good,” she said. “My mom comes every week and she helps me — [and] I’ve got a wonderful circle of girlfriends that always help me, that always find time to come and give me a few hours.”

And with the holidays quickly approaching, Parks plans to spend plenty of time with those closest to her.

“Every year we have lots of people over for dinner, about 40-50 family and friends and we open presents, play games,” she said. “It’s just a fun time for us to just visit with people we don’t get to see often, but just enjoy being together and having great food.”

As Radar previously reported, Parks announced on Dec. 22, 2014 that she was planning to divorce Nida, who is currently still locked up at Fort Dixon in New Jersey.

While Apollo initially protested her decision – even demanding in a December 2014 interview that she bring their sons to visit – he now has a change of heart.

Apollo has not physically seen his boys since surrendering to serve his sentence, but sources close to the former reality star tell TMZ that he now believes it’s best to wait until the boys are old enough before they visit him while he’s serving an 8-year stint for fraud and embezzlement. Instead, Apollo spends time with 2 year-old Dylan and 5 year-old Ayden using the FaceTime app.

Nida has been moved to a new facility, the same one ‘RHOJ’ star Joe Guidice will soon begin serving a 2 year sentence for bankruptcy fraud. Nida’s children have not received approval to see him, and as it turns out, Phaedra’s name is also not on Apollo’s visiting list – yet.

This news may not be alarming for fans and viewers of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” as the reality couple have been feuding since before he turned himself into prison officials back in September 2014, and with recent news that they are moving forward with their divorce – why would Phaedra visit him?

Phaedra has written in her Bravo blog about plans to divorce Apollo, who was just transferred from Kentucky’s FMC Lexington to Fort Dix in New Jersey at the beginning of December. As TMZ pointed out, Parks not being on the approved visitor list is no reason to clutch your pearls, as prisons are notoriously slow about processing paperwork and Apollo hasn’t been an inmate at Fort Dix long enough for his visitor list to be cleared.

I don't like the sound of this and I think it's a trap, especially considering the second article I'm posting. Nene, Sheree, and Nene met up recently in NY and this is what I think it's about. Cynthia is getting ready to turn on Kenya big time, but she's trying to act like she's "cool" with her right. We know that's not true because she's withdrawn from social media and she and Kenya haven't been pictured together in months. And now Nene is acting a fool too. How stupid can these people be?

Recently we all saw Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore going head-to-head on the explosive last season of Celebrity Apprentice—and one fellow Housewife was squarely aligned to one team.

"I'm Team Kenya," Cynthia Bailey tells the Daily Dish. "Even Kenya told me that it was one of the hardest things she's ever done. Knowing that, when I watched the show, I was so proud of her. Kenya and I are friends and I was definitely rooting for her." (While Cynthia calls Brandi "my Bravo sister," she does admit she doesn't know her "too well.")

The stylish Real Housewives of Atlanta star also said she was "obsessed" with watching the this last season of Donald Trump's show. "I love it," she says. "I saw the episode where Kenya was a project manager and I knew she was going to be entertaining to watch."

In fact, Cynthia says she's reminded of the time when another Housewife competed. "I remember when NeNe was on and it was a struggle," she says. "I know it's a tough show to do."

So does the model and entrepreneur have any aspirations to sit down with the Donald in the boardroom herself? "I just don't think I would do well on the show," she says. "I'm not always a good delegator. I trust people to tell me their strong points and then I believe in them. I could never be a project manager!"

NeNe and Kenya RHOA Friendship Takes Another Twirl

LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – RHOA fans were ecstatic to see a renewed NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore friendship late last year. But could that friendship have taken a twirl for the worse? Last November Kenya Moore told news that NeNe was blocking her on social media. Leakes replied with her favorite pistol emoji telling Moore that she was now following Kenya. That small step led to Leakes thanking Miss USA for visiting her on Broadway a month later. But LALATE can exclusively report that something else has now gone with the wind. NeNe has stopped following Moore on Twitter once again.

The NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore friendship was one of the best storylines of RHOA 5. Housewives fans love friendships. But to this day, fans are not particularly clear what prompted this friendship to erode. Moreover, many are wondering what happened to Kenya’s furniture. In season five on RHOA, the cast visited NeNe in LA while she was filming a “Ryan Murphy production”. And Moore revealed that she loaned NeNe some of her LA furniture for NeNe’s Hollywood Hills rental home.

But by the end of RHOA season five, the NeNe Leakes, Kenya Moore hugfest was over. From season six to season seven, Leakes and Moore remained at odds. LALATE can exclusively report that Leakes from 2014 to 2015 was blocking Moore on social media.
However, the Jamaica RHOA 8 Trip changed a lot. By the end of the trip, the pair’s relationship was improving. Moore wrote in November 2015 “I tried to tweet @NeNeLeakes a message but got this instead LOL “. Moore tweeted an image of NeNe blocking Miss USA on social media. Leakes replied “Cut your sh– out Kenya! I’m following you!”, adding her usual pistol emoji. By December, the pair seemed to be in a better place. Moore visited NeNe on Broadway. And Leakes thanked Moore for her support.
By alas, something else has twirled on in the life of NeNe and Kenya. To start the New Year, Leakes is no longer following Ms. Moore on Twitter once again. But instead of following Kenya, NeNe is following Apollo Nida and Faye Resnick.

Cast and synopsis[edit]

In June 2014, it was reported that all of the cast members from the previous season would return to the show, including NeNe Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Cynhia Bailey, Phaedra Parks, Kenya Moore, and Porsha Williams.[5] It was later confirmed that radio and television personality Claudia Jordan had officially signed on to be a full-time housewife, while singer-actress Demetria McKinney would have a supporting role.[6] Bravo released the cast photo of the upcoming season a month before its premiere with all the housewives excluding Williams, meaning that she was demoted to a recurring role.[3] The casting decision was met with surprise among the other cast members;[7][8] Andy Cohen later addressed the decision, explaining that "it was about the amount of story we got from Porsha this season," also adding that they initially wanted her to be a full-time cast member but "haven't gotten enough to merit that."[9]

That last line of this article is everything! I've had these ratings saved because I debated them to death last season. That's how I knew that ratings argument was BS. Did you see the synopsis of the first episode? This proves exactly what I told those dummies. Those premiere ratings came from the Kenya/Porsha fight of the previous reunion and and the Apollo arrest/indictment and had not one thing to do with Nene. They basically said it verbatim! The ratings for that episode was never matched again for the rest of the season because Nene came in with her divisive BS causing the girls to split in teams. Kenya,Claudia and Cynthia's road trip was in the top 5 ratings for the season. This proves they were stupid to let Claudia go. If Claudia had stayed I don't believe that dumb@ss Cynthia would be flying over to Nene so quickly. She was closer to Claudia. The season ended just like you said and the drop was happening way before the reunion. I'm glad they tallied the numbers so we could see the actual drop by end of season. A loss of 1.24 viewers! This is not an article. It’s a chart I compiled last night from Wikipedia's show synopsis to show how each episode fared on a weekly basis. I kept it apart from the synopsis though, so that we could do a side-by-side analysis: for example: The reunion numbers decreased significantly when Nene and Phaedra had all of the BS going. It’s as clear as day. so, when we need to, we can say exactly why the ratings spiked or decreased per week based on the synopsis.

I've never liked Sheree, but I didn’t realize that she was this d@mn dumb. She never interested me enough to analyze her, but that“I love you” BS took the cake. Yes, I understand what it is. Bad choice of words on my part but, the synopsis portion of your email is the chart/breakdown I have saved on my phone and is what I always refer to when debating season 7 ratings. It's how I knew the girls trip was in the top 5, and the premiere #'s were never hit again. It's because the numbers were all right there together. The other chart is awesome. I am most interested in that total loss of ratings of 1.24 mil! The fact that team pretty garnered the top five out of 23 episode tells me all I need to know about why the ratings dropped. After the road trip and the premiere there wasn't much left to compete with in that top 5.

I'm amazed because, I never read all of the synopsis' before now - I only read them when I needed to identify a specific show, like the girls road trip. I was blown away when I just now read the outline for the premiere.

I knew Kenya would win some cool points for this episode. But I also believe this episode was pivotal for her. Her popularity has grown in a positive way ever since Apollo apologized. That was her season of vindication just as Kenya predicted whether people want to admit it or not. But now, with Kenya opening such a painful part of her life up, being vulnerable yet, showing again her willingness to accept responsibility for the reasons she is struggling and refusing to lay blame was a major boon in her favor. To top it off, Kenya's dads very innocent conversation validated her (to the viewers) in so many ways; one of her parents loved and wanted to raise her. Her dad hasn't and gotten to know many of Kenya's SO's and it was obviously most times Kenya's decision to step away, just like she always said. Her dads tears and pain and "no one wants to be told they're not good enough" and Kenya's explanation why she ran away really pulled at some heart strings. I still want to hug him. Lol.
This was an amazing episode for so many reasons but, Kenya won big with the viewers last night. Her haters don't want to admit it but, Kenya walked away from this episode more liked. The comments against her on the board were very weak. To say they hate Kandi more is huge!

"I know, Cynthia miscalculated. She’s made a bad mistake even speaking to and dealing with Moose. She’s going to regret it and without either side pulling for her, she can easily lose her job. I don’t feel sorry for her though, because she made a dumb @ss move."

Exactly. She thinks she's being smart. She is not.

It's definitely going to be interesting because, Porsha's dumb @ss went to bat for Nene this season, going in on Sheree for no reason. You know Nene told her to do it, she didn't even know Sheree. Now look. Nene leaves warning signs all over the place why you should not trust her but, these dumb heifers keep right on ignoring them. They all deserve to be trampled by her.

"I can imagine. What did that dumb azz say that irritated you the most? I knew I couldn’t stomach her and I refuse to give Andy ratings unless Kenya is on. I knew she would be talking crazy, so..."

I wasn't watching initially, I was still sitting in front of the tv posting on the board and waiting for the RHOA rerun. Andy's question peaked my attention when he asked her about the Miami trip and if she thought Kenya over reacted. This winch said she knows there were a couple girls who were bothered but she personally, was not bothered by Glen! Then she said that Tammy FELL to the floor until the other guest -a man- corrected her and said she was SHOVED and Kandi came back with he didn't mean it. Bob from Biggest Loser was the other guest who had just given a very spirited and accurate breakdown about how aggressive Glen was from minute one and how he snapped on Kandi and so his mouth was hanging open while this stupid bich was talking. I turned my TV off I was so p!ssed. I can't stand Cynthia. I am done. done. done.

That last line of this article is everything! I've had these ratings saved because I debated them to death last season. That's how I knew that ratings argument was BS. Did you see the synopsis of the first episode? This proves exactly what I told those dummies. Those premiere ratings came from the Kenya/Porsha fight of the previous reunion and and the Apollo arrest/indictment and had not one thing to do with Nene. They basically said it verbatim! The ratings for that episode was never matched again for the rest of the season because Nene came in with her divisive BS causing the girls to split in teams. Kenya,Claudia and Cynthia's road trip was in the top 5 ratings for the season. This proves they were stupid to let Claudia go. If Claudia had stayed I don't believe that dumb@ss Cynthia would be flying over to Nene so quickly. She was closer to Claudia. The season ended just like you said and the drop was happening way before the reunion. I'm glad they tallied the numbers so we could see the actual drop by end of season. A loss of 1.24 viewers! These folks can drop that bullchit ratings argument. I'm going to mention that number every time I see a ratings post.
I don't see them here but, I know the ratings for season 8 first 6 episodes are definitely doing much better than season 7 ended. They are getting better and better with each episode. The storylines for this season are very interesting and is the type of drama we asked for. People are pissed because Kenya is winning. She's getting the most camera time and the girls are coming for her but, she's staying out of the fray and everyone else is getting creamed. Especially Phaedra. No season has been any more interesting than this one. Those folks can shove it.

I don't know what Nene is trying to prove but she obviously feels she has gotten what she wanted since she unfollowed Kenya again. We'll see what happens but, if Cynthia turns on Kenya she is going to regret it. Nene's fans will never truly forgive her for turning on Nene and Kenya's fans will be done with her. She had better find a way to sit her @ss in the middle or she is done. I saw that article with the 3 of them -Cyn, Nene and Sheree. They look like two dummies for real. Nene tried to get both of them fired. They have both nullified themselves in my mind. Can I tell you how dumb Sheree is? She would have been ratings gold to come back on and be Nene's nemesis. That rivalry might have secured her a peach. But she'd rather be a side kick. Dumb@ss.
I watched a little bit of WWHL last night with Cynthia and I couldn't stomach her. You should have heard the ignorance coming out of her mouth. I turned her off. Done with her.

I am most interested in that total loss of ratings of 1.24 mil! The fact that team pretty garnered the top five out of 23 episode tells me all I need to know about why the ratings dropped. After the road trip and the premiere there wasn't much left to compete with in that top 5.

1.24 million is amazing isn’t it? It also shows that the internet comments we kept talking about were a reflection of how people really feel about Nene overall. So Nene’s divisiveness was actually the problem as we knew all along. But, isn’t it funny how after Season 7 her jobs dried up and no one was talking about her anymore? Remember how she used to be so hyped up? After last year, it was dead. She got nothing from nobody. Last year sealed her doom. She’s not winning anything; she’s losing like crazy and spiraling further down the dark hole.

You should send it to Bravo and break it down.

I wish I had time to do that, but I’m still woefully behind in everything. But, did you see on Lipstick Alley where someone said that Kenya got a raise in Season 6 and another one in Season 7? I read it somewhere today.

That initial chart spoiled me because I've never found one like it since.

That’s like Tashee who vehemently denied that she was like Team Beast, quite the opposite, but her subsequent actions have proven to be false. That’s why that band of devils hate us so much; they know we see through them and they can’t get over on us. Wow, that must hurt.

They didn’t want to admit it, but it was true anyhow (Kenya’s vindication). Kenya is a very smart woman, what she has done with these imps is nothing short of amazing. She has played her hand very well and the rest of them are falling apart. That episode was everything.

Did you know that Kim Fields’ real life mother is the same mother who beat Penny with an iron on the four-part special episode of “Good Times”?

Okay, apparently everyone knew this already.

But I’m just finding out this bit of stale news. I’m also just learning that her sister is an actress too. More specifically, Alexis Fields is the woman who played the best friend on “Sister, Sister” and “Moesha.”

While the news is old, it does provide a bit of context to a question, which has been boggling the minds of many for a couple of weeks now. In short, why is Kim Fields on Real Housewives of Atlanta?

It’s a question that has mystified even the most skeptical of reality television watchers. We have seen some mismatched and questionable cast mate pairings before, but Fields is by far the most baffling.

That’s why I don’t blame all the lazy folks who are hoping somebody else starts a petition to get her fired from the show. And while I won’t go as far as to say she is boring, compared to the uncompromising carefree spirit of her fellow cast members, I will say that she would probably feel more comfortable holding a bottle of prune juice instead of a peach.

And it is not because she acts like there is not life, an ecosystem and an entire universe of happenings outside of the insular existence she created with just her husband and family. It’s not just because she doesn’t understand why a woman would dance with another woman, just to dance. (I am almost positive that if those same women were grinding all up on dudes, she would scrunch up her nose and have something righteous to say about that too.)

It’s not just because she claims to not understand the cattiness and sheer extra-ness of the other women, but then does something catty and low-key shady like opting to sleep on a lounge couch in the living room instead of a semi-private room with one of the girls. And it is not because she dresses like she just stepped out of a Roamans’ catalog.

It’s because she does all of that while acting as if she hadn’t seen the show before she actually signed up to star on it.
So either BRAVO is using this boring Fields storyline to teach us all a lesson about asking for more respectable Black women on reality television or Fields is only here so she won’t get fined.

Listen, if we are talking about the latter, ain’t no shame in that. Everybody has bills. And most of her talents revolve around film and television (both acting, producing and directing). So why not collect an easy check?

But fans of the series ain’t checking for Tootie on roller skates. We want Regine.

And regardless of how you feel about her and the rest of the RHOA cast members, you have to admit there are other shows, or show templates that would make much better fits.

For instance, “Hollywood Divas.” Surely she could fly out to Tinseltown for a few months…er, I forgot who we are talking about here. Okay let me revise: surely she could uproot the family for a few months to film in sunny California with women who are more aligned with her sensibilities?

Or here’s an idea: let Fields star in her own show. How about a petition for that lazy, internet people?

While Fields may not fit in with the mean girls of RHOA, she might have much better luck starring in a series, which revolves around her family. And not just her children and husband, because if I wanted to watch people talking about reading on lawn chairs all day, I would watch C-SPAN’s Book TV.

But bring her other famous family members into the mix. Picture it: a show about mothers in strapless smock maxi dresses talking about family values and being more Jesus-approved than other women. It could be like “Mary Mary” but with a touch of “Braxton Family Values” woven into it.

I smell a hit!

And I am certain the entire Fields clan would appreciate the steady check too.

Of course there is another theory worth considering: perhaps Fields is not as righteous as she is playing herself up to be? Perhaps beneath all of that smock-wearing and finger-wagging, is a woman dying to unleash her inner carefree Black girl, but just doesn’t know how to be that without looking like a hypocrite?

I’ll admit that it is entirely possible because – and again – why else would she be on the show? And I guess we’ll all have to wait and see how that theory plays out during the remainder of the season.
