Camelot family is strong and united forever.
thank you all for keeping me in your prayers and thoughts.
I am grateful for your prayers.
I am finally back at home on the gulf coast. I am getting better with each passing day now.
Camelot lives. forever and ever.
Good news CD.
great to see you general.
I am still dealing with a lot of pain. it will start to subside rapidly very soon as the ribs continue to heal.
thank god they were all closed fractures.
Well, it's a lengthy spell of recuperation CD and plenty of pain to absorb, so wishing you a healthy recovery... One small mercy is that there is a lot of tennis coming up to occupy your time. I had a double fracture of my leg just before the World Cup in 1998 and was off work for three months... we had no elevators in the building and I was deemed a potential fire hazard so could not return to work, lol. Spent the summer watching sport... but even then I got cabin fever.
great to see you general.
recovery is well under way now. I have decided to ignore the pain.
I am now exercising 75 minutes a day. my goal is to increase that to 2 hours a day in a couple of days.
sorry to hear about that double fracture. you must have had to endure a great deal of pain. injury setbacks are never easy. so much valuable time is lost to inactivity.
looking forward to Wimbledon. should be fun. sports did allow me the distractions I needed to recover and to take my mind off things.
it is never easy being tied up in a hospital.
