You'll have heard of Yorkshire because of the Yorkshire pudding & because you know your history & the wars of the roses took place between the Yorkshire & the Lancashire Kings. You'll have definitely heard of Wakefield because of the Battle of Wakefield which actually took place at Sandal near Wakefield or the book, the Bishop of Wakefield & you'll have heard of Pontefract because of Pontefract cakes & the fact it's the liquorice capital of the world.
