  Just purchased one two days ago.
  
  Iodine is great for thyroid as well balancing hormones

  I'm in Canada and I use Nascent Iodine one
  In water. Easily absorbed by the body
  
  I prefer liquid to pill or tablet form.
  It is absorbed quicker doesn't have to
  Be broken down by the stomach.
  
  Top video says no to Nascent
  Bottom one encourages Nascent actually sells it!
  
  My studies here and through usage
  Nascent helps balance the body
  Its more expensive than tablets.

  I use Lugols liquid 5%.
  
  There are some that say one is better or the other.
  
  I use the one I have because most the research is with that form.
