Hello Lady Daddy’s Kitten.
It deals with Eastern Orthodox religion.
A slight calendar difference. 13 days after.

They come together Easter.

So Christmas and New Year ( I still have family that have remained with old calendar)
Celebrations are now concluded.

I think of it as a blessing
December January is benefiting from the festivities with all the lights.
