Gutteral screams rage through the body
Swords clang in defense
Bodies strewn across the land
Fighting for something that has gotten out of hand
Belief that they are enemies
Combative battling spearing each other
Crimson bleeding through the once green fields
Once stood by like
Brother to brother
Only to die
With barely an utter
Anger surges yelling at the sky
Not understanding
The what or the why
For those who survive
Choking back the tears for the dead as they cry
