Last few days have been hard
To deal with it's been filled with dread
Needing to emote
That's a joke
I'm not laughing
Try to create and it's not flowing
I'm in my **** head
Driving me insane
I hate this blame game
Fingers are pointing at me
Blood
Did you say blood
Vibrant Crimson gorgeous red
Bleeding through
Streams
Staining sheets & sheets
Writing is stilted
Exhaustion has me wilted
These are the days
When I'd rather be dead
Finally
The flow is ebbing slowly
As I'm now out of my head

So many lives we've been destined
Together once again
Love that we can play
In these temporary bodies
Of blood n bones
Our souls connected
Multiple times
We've set the tones
We're the living dead
Where others fear to tread
Luckily I have you by my side
Releasing all dread
The desire to create
Returned
Satiate all billowing
Dark smoke
And mirrors

Please enter and take a seat
Sit back relax and put up your feet
Close your eyes and listen to the smooth jazz sounds
May I proffer you a scotch neat
Many vintage records I've found
I adore all types of music
It speaks to my soul
One thing in this world
That makes happy safe content excited and whole
