It was hot & sunny here too. I was happy when in Wakefield but I suffered from heatstroke when I got back. I hope Lady V does get her account back.

I felt better after a nap & a few drinks of fresh juice & weak fruit cordial, Clay. I don't really like water but learnt from doing the water challenge earlier this year that weak fruit cordial or fruit/herbal tea is classed as water, fortunately.

fresh juices will help but water is essential lady Ann.
