I am still having sleep issues.
I am not sleeping well.
sooner or later I will find a way to fix it.
I hope you manage to sleep better soon. Putting a few drops of lavender oil in your bath before you bathe in it sometimes helps as does putting a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow. Some people swear by chamomile tea but I think it tastes foul. Some people read a slushy book while others read a really heavy book to tire themselves out & send them to sleep. Both work to a certain extent. Meditation when tired can send you to sleep too.

I have a feeling that exercise fixes everything. I am just going to increase my exercises to 3-4 hours a day and over 5-6 hours on some days.
You're welcome, Clay. Don't do any strenuous exercise too late at night though as it can keep you awake.
