Hi Lady Divine!

I've been very busy with work & courses for work though I did write a poem about why I write.

I write to rant.
I write to vent.
I write to express
where dreams went.

I write to tell my story
my ups, my downs
my failure, my glory
my smiles, my frowns
my joys, my woes
my joy, my pain,
my highs, my lows,
my sun, my rain.

I write when I'm thinking in rhyme.
I've done that for a very long time.

I had a scare involving facial numbness a few years ago when under a lot of pressure. I had a couple of scares a couple of weeks before Xmas. I've got an appointment to see the Dr. later. I'm scared.

I didn't have any of the other symptoms. I got checked out by the Dr. & he said it was caused by stress & gave me some tablets to take if my face went numb or I got too stressed. I also got told to go to a place I go to for emotional wellbeing support to get help with stress relief & management & relaxation. (I've got blood tests next week.)

I was relieved & have been functioning better since. I will watch your video later. Thank you very much for sharing.

I've been feeling better since I relaxed a bit & haven't worried as much though I have paid more attention to my diet & exercise regime, Clay. I have had to take 1 of those tablets once. Thank you very much.
