Age old monster fear
Creeps in flowing
Like a stream of water
Fluid in its effects
Shocking with the cold wave
Ebbing confidence
Destructing years of continual
Build up and encouragement
Fighting that grotesque monster
That destroys and debilitates
Drop by tiniest of drops
Droning constantly
Breaking any veneer
Exploding strength
Foreboding aversion
Makes one wonder
If all of this
Is worth it
