Melancholy
Hidden by the downpour of rain
Tears intermixed
Disguising the remnants of pain
Thankful for the torrential cloudburst
Belies the masked tries
Of delaying the strain
It's moments like these
When it is difficult
To believe again

The unknown has shaken
It's sprinkle of doubt
Not knowing what
Life is all about
It killed me to watch you die
