Your eyes caught mine
Eternal stare
Off guard
Peculiarly drawn
Chills shook my body
Tingled my spine

Distinct
Your soul spoke to mine
Understood the unspoken
Communication

You were in my dreams
I felt you long before
I saw you

I cried for you
Long before we said hello

Now you’re here
The angst is gone
Safe in your arms
Forevermore
