CAMELOT FANTASIES

Capturing the beauty of the glistening blue sky
Just after a rainfall
Reveling as the sun warms my upturned face
Alerted to the birds chirping in readiness for a call
Of sustenance
Awakening all senses to the certain inclusion of summer
That’s not quite here
But not too far
Watching as the peonies stalks starting to grow
And the blossoming of the cherry tree
Sharing meals and water with the city’s tiny creatures
Gathering food for their loved ones
Natures evidence that they take what they need
With enough to feed their young ones

Love watching different shades of love evolve
With kindness under God’s care
