Trembling flame
Flickering through the night
Share as it might
The strength of the light
To cast a shadow
Of what’s behind her
Escape seems narrow
Next choice appears to be right
A gentle breeze
Took out the fickle flame
Cast in darkness
With only the breeze to blame
