Anguish tears horrific imagination
Gathering the strains + constant plight
Woven tightly are the continual fears
Letters written + notarized
Catch the flicker of the flame
Burns brighter as smoke rises
Secrets of all those years
Burnt to a crisp
Virginal paper of white
Becomes charcoal well hidden into the night
