Me too. they haven't wanted Porsha since her first year. Remember she was on the chopping block after her first season ended and I think she was persuaded by Nene and  Phaedra to fight Kenya. That secured her another season as the balance seemed to be too delicate for Bravo. But think about what see, and then imagine how she acts behind the scenes, trying to channel Nene acting like a diva.

@ Claudia replacing Porsha. I have always questioned if she'll keep DN without HW's. I cant see it.

I don't watch DN but, I just don't understand her appeal if the show ends. Claudia at least has other things going on. As a matter of fact - she's on fire right now. She's booked every weekend.
So much so, she's looking for not just a home to buy but a "fabulous" new home and she just bought a new car. Porsche. I think.   She has so much going and and brings something to the table.   & this is her element b

The thing about the Rich Africans - we discussed earlier is they love to brag amongst their peers. Dating an American woman on television - actress or personality is brag worthy.   Without that Porsha is just another piece of azz to put it quite frankly.

Even with her stint on RHOA, Porsha's still just a POA, LOL!

I don't doubt he will drop her.   Without her RHOA status her spot in his "harem" of girls will be compromised for sure.  He'll be on to the next woman willing to sell her soul for a Kelly bag.

Uh, Tracey also said this. She said that Porsha will lose both jobs, mainly because she'll over-react to Claudia getting her job, and she thinks it's a sabotage. Tracey used to like Porsha too, but now she can't stand her.

Why she strutted around like she did while filming, her new smart mouth attitude - on the show and in interviews, her bold risqué' quips about her life and that  Nene- like, over the top confident Diva attitude.  Sleeping with a producer.  Smh. It doesn't take much for some people to act like they own the world does it?

Well good. The joke was on her. I guess she learned at the end of filming when she received her  FOH status along with a smaller check. She wasn't worth whatever "services" she provided.

Hiring an entire fashion team - creative, production, cost of materials, merchandising, as well as the business side along with Branding, PR, QC on and on, is no joke.  I didn't even break it down and  THATS just for the merchandise. What about the real estate?

This is Nene, her putting out an article about having a store that requires three different locations could very well be Fashion Police 2.0. I don't believe anything about Nene until it materializes. Why on earth would she need three locations to sell Girl Bye shirts? Who, outside of her demographic is going to buy that crap?

...and last but not least, cost of production at the factory to keep orders/ merchandise flowing especially on a vertical retail level will NOT happen without major capital. And this is all upfront and on the spot payments.  No down payments here. And THEN the monthly cost rolls in.

Nene could NEVER  in her lifetime do this on her own. I'm thinking Nene simply may have sold the license for KK to use her name.  If so, KK is the Holding company and is handling everything.

That's probably it. But, I can't see KK putting money like that on Nene. If she does, she's an idiot.

No need to use her own name as it is officially Nene's line but, in name only.  KK most likely does not want her name attached to this. They just own rights to the name and the company.
This scenario is the most likely.

Still...hasn't she seen the tide turning against Nene?

They already have an entire staff, factory relationships etc in place for their own line. They will use the same materials and get great minimums there.

They will just add another label to their own and make the staff do extra work.

The only New cost is the Real estate.

Again, if this is so and likely is- Nene is getting a percentage and POSSIBLY some creative control.
It's why as I said, I bet they carved out a major profit- most of it for themselves.
I would love to know the details.
That will tell you how good her folks are at negotiating.

If it blows out Nene can ask for more next negotiation. They probably hemmed her up for a while though -For what they contend the" life" of her popularity. I'm sure someone did that analysis.
When it stops selling they will drop her. Probably got a nice little "out" clause in there for themselves.
