You're Right. They do not mention R2R.   It probably is canned and is probably why there was no incentive to stay.

I thought about this too; Remember at the airport she said I still have love for Bravo?  Well that was certainly her chance to say, I still have my show with Kim- we'll be filming blah, blah blah.  But, she didn't.  She only spoke about coming back from time to time to "play with those girls."
They show is in the toilet for sure.

The article is sad.  It reads like an obituary. Sad for black females in the entertainment industry.

Nene did fall into the trap and I love that the blogger chastises her for doing so because she knew the struggles of black actresses/entertainers and should have known  better.


The part that states, "By the end of the most recent season of RHOA, NeNe could hardly end a conversation without reminding the rest of the cast how fabulous she is or how much money she’s making."

Everyone was turned off by that.  Her incessant mentioning of wealth and celebrity.  THAT is not the industry's fault. That was all Nene.

As the self proclaimed Queen and OG, Nene had more power to change the way things were done on that show.
If Nene had pulled those girls together and refused to do certain things they would have listened to her-(they all initially wanted to befriend her) she could have made some positive changes.

Nene's future in television doesn't look so bright unless she goes back to reality and she may not ever be the same over at Bravo.

Maybe she'll pull something out of her hat but, think about it. Even while Nene was on RHOA  her New Normal and Glee stints were not widely watched by her reality show viewers.   No one on the boards raved about those shows ever. Not even  her own fans. I certainly never watched one episode of either. I only knew of her characters via articles. So I'm guesstimating those 4000 and some RHOA viewers did not follow her to those shows. 

She's not a good actress so they're never going to hire her for her acting ability.  If she can't bring a show extra viewers or generate a new fan base for them, they won't see the need for her.
I'm sure they have the numbers on Nene in Hollywood as well.   Her presence obviously did not bring a spike in the ratings, which is probably why no one is calling her for anything.  And now that she has no base/show to bring a following her chances are even slimmer in Hollywood. Her mean girl rep is not helping either. That's all anyone writes about anymore in ref to her.

That pool. Girl, I saw that mess yesterday. That is the most drab, uninspiring, pool/ decor I have ever seen. She has no taste.

When I went to her twitter it is full of her hawking her clothes.  She's still lying about "only 1 left"   LOL.
There are no mentions of other projects other than TTTT.
