Hahahaha! Yeah, I've actually considered taking my profile down but, I keep up with my family this way so, i'll keep it for now. I have a small circle of friends and most of them aren’t on FB. Those who are don’t post interesting stuff so the games are the only reason I’m on it. The one good thing is that I’ve re-connected with past friends, or should I say they’ve reconnected with me. I really don’t have time for the frivolous chatting that so many people find fun and necessary. It’s like small talk and I’ve always hated small talk.
“Every now and then I run across someone who tells too much of their business. I don't want to see your nonsense and who you can't stand and your sub post talking about folks but, too scared to tell them to their faces. Nothing irritates me more. I don't get a lot of that but when I see it, I delete them so fast it's not even funny.”Ha ha ha. I haven’t had that experience thank goodness. My FB activity is so impersonal it’s not even funny. I just LOL at a few things and keep it moving. I have a niece who is a Christian and every day, every single day she’s writing these sappy Christian posts about how God is working in her life. I’m talking every single day. And her friends are puffing her up, telling her how great she is, how pretty she is, and what a wonderful person she is. They absolutely fawn over her; which makes me think she has a problem. I don’t like people fawning over me because I’m human and imperfect. I shut that kind of stuff down because it doesn’t matter what others think of you, what matters is what you think of yourself
“It just invades your privacy too much. and they keep changing the rules. Once I found out how proprietary FB was, I quit posting.”I know, thankfully all they’ll get from me is a bunch of LOLs.
“I hate anything that infringes on your privacy ....& If anything requires you to join a group to read it or go through FB to get it especially, using your own identity, I won't do it. I hate being manipulated.”I know, I’ve tried to figure out how to use a fictitious name because I’ve seen others do it, but haven’t cared enough to figure it out.
“I don't get it, GetReal. Sometimes I think, Why?
Why is this ugly pic up? I mean, ugly. Looking worse than I remember the person in real life. Why?? Do you honestly think that close up of you is cute??.....especially, enough to post for likes? Or....you in that pose that is supposed to be sexy?? I reaaally don't get it.”The other thing is that we’re aging. We should be past the point where we think we’re setting the world on fire that was youthful folly. Now, you look a mess and your pictures prove it. So take them down and quit assaulting our eyes. I’m not telling you that you look good, if you don’t.
People are getting off the chain with that BS too. Don't frickn' take a picture of me and post it to FB without my consent. I don't even take pics like that anymore. And I make sure to say. No FB.No, I don’t put any personal pictures on FB or anywhere else. Pictures are private and personal. Plus, I don’t see the point.
“She still does not know I deleted her azz or why. I can't stand that.”I hear you. You should be asking people if they mind, not taking it upon yourself to display someone’s likeness.
I mean, how great do you think that 210th burger looks? I told my fiancé - " no wonder his wife left his behind. "Lol Can you imagine?Ha ha ha. Hamburgers? That’s crazy. Those food pictures kill me. They don’t look appetizing at all. Especially when they put up an ugly looking plate of what looks to be mishmash. I’m like, what is that? With food it’s about presentation. You’d think they’d know that.
People were trashing her so bad I actually watched a few minutes of it. she was ridiculous, looked a mess, and solidified why her fifteen minutes is up. She’s so bumpkin you know she did this on TTTT and it didn’t go over well. Now to get her off the airwaves for good.
