This RHOA  is moving into one of my favorite neighborhoods and will actually be living in the city.  It’s the same neighborhood as Chateau Sheree more or less. And not that far from another current housewife.  It’s a beautiful neighborhood where the houses are a bit older and she is doing a LOT of renovations. She has clearly been socking away some money. I believe she also bought a house for someone else in the burbs recently.

Cash closings on all fronts. Looks like someone is putting down roots.

My sources say that the original rooms were a bit small and boxy and she is doing a complete renovation that will remodel everything.  The house is a contemporary with tons of potential in a real neighborhood with lots of privacy and tons of potential.
As a one time real estate agent at the age of 19, I say she has one of the best locations in town. She got it at a steal and the renovations will make it whatever she wants. It’s also secluded, yet close to everything. It’s nice to see a RHOA actually making smart decisions.
I don’t think she will be borrowing a cup of sugar at Chateau Sheree, and not just because it is a short jog away. I mean NO ONE LIVES IN CHATEAU SHEREE, but someone will be living in the neighborhood soon.

I tried to answer this last night but I faded before I could get to it. Lol. I barely made it past the  last line of the previous post Hahahaha.

You can just tell that Kenya is inherently smarter than these girls can't you?  She clearly bought an investment property. She spends her money like a woman who knows value and she doesn't spend for show or to impress her friends and a television audience of total strangers.
The way Kenya spends  is what people do, who are used to money and know how to handle it.

I love that Kenya  doesn't try to prove to dummies who keeps saying she's broke, that she is financially secure.  She bought her home and another home for a loved one without broadcasting one word of  it.   Unlike Nene who purchased an oversized gaudy looking home just to impress people.  Nene's home looks cheap to me. Just a colossal structure that looks like it  is trying too hard. 

You know what?  Tamara keeps bragging on her sources at RHOA that are on the inside.  I bet it's Kenya. Remember, when she posted that story about James and she stated she had been in touch with Kenya and then, she wouldn't allow anyone to say anything cruel about her? 
I bet Kenya gave Tamara the scoop on Cynthia and Porsha. Who else would know that it is now a legal issue - and if you notice- Tamara made sure not to disclose ANYthing- AND you notice too, that it is the only thread that she won't post to or make comments?   She let people guess for days without correcting anyone like she normally does. She's being very careful for a reason. 
I also believe, Kenya is the one who explained and described her home along with all of that info about buying someone else one.  It's either the Aunt or Brandon, right?  The Aunt seems to be pretty secure and I could be wrong but, Brandon's only employment seems to be helping Kenya. He certainly never tweets about any jobs.  He posted photos some months back of her decorating his home. I'm guessing it's Brandon. He deserves it if she did.
But again- I think Kenya is Tamara's source.
