"I am surmising that the legal department for the network is investigating it. You know they have lumped all of these girls together and have made the assumption that "they all fight". They don't know Cynthia and probably don't care to know her."

Porsha is an idiot. She makes light of serious situations all the time. But, Porsha has been on the chopping block every season since the first one. They’ve always wanted to get rid of Porsha, but there was the fight that they thought they could milk, and last season she was on the chopping block again, her and Phaedra, until Nene left. The issue may be how to get rid of Porsha when she was the one that was hit. They would have to make their decision ironclad without looking hokey. However, if they have the footage, her past history, the arrest, and her assault on a police officer, they can get rid of her.

Bravo doesn’t like Porsha, that’s what she doesn’t seem to know.

"Porsha is the one walking around looking and acting like the cat who swallowed the canary and making jokes, plus she tweeted a couple days ago that she was bursting to say something but she can't so initially the consensus may have started out in her favor with the networks no fighting policy."

I think that they may have said that to throw her off track, but her instigating yet another debacle and bringing an uninvited guest goes against her. And of course you can’t tell her any truth, look at how she’s acting now. Plus, I’ll bet Kenya is counseling Cynthia on what to do, because I think Kenya got paid for that attack. Which is probably why she’s doing so well. To be able to finance a pilot and launch a hair care line? That’s beyond salary. And Cynthia is playing it like Kenya too. Not saying a word and letting Fool hang herself.

"Plus, I noticed  Kenya's statement was very serious and legalistic - she's normally a bit flippant with these kinds of answers  but it seems she was very deliberate to word her answer to characterize  and paint Porsha as an out of control person  who has a history of  violence  and does so without remorse. AFTER  stating she would defend herself. They may be worried for Cynthia. I hope not."

Kenya knows what she’s doing. She’s just laying out the groundwork. They’re going to get Porsha, and good.

"Luckily, there are eyewitnesses and then there is Porsha's history and the arrest and jail time to validate Cynthia's fear ....AND the hood rat side chick that wasn't invited and was an instigator and participant. I'm sorry, but the hood rats went on that boat and tried to turn that show into some L&HH BS. I get PO'd every time I think of what that must have been like for Cynthia. I bet Peter is spitting nails."

You know Peter is seething.  I don’t see how Porsha can win this. Remember Tamara said two people were in danger of losing their jobs. I think Porsha’s gone. We just have to wait to see how they do it. It’s going to be the same as they did with Nene. They kept cutting Moose’s salary to where she didn’t have a choice. Her last two seasons Kenya, Cynthia, and Phaedra made more than her. That BS story about her demanding more money is just a red herring for Nene to save face. She wasn’t asking for $1.5 because she was already a FOH. None of it makes sense.

"In the end Bravo is going to do whatever is best for them.  That is the only thing that worries me.  They could care less about these girls."

Hopefully they don't demote Cynthia. I bet that demotion "tip” is coming from Porsha.

"Cynthia has a right to defend herself against a perceived attack. I don’t see how Porsha can get around this.
They really need to sit this idiot down though- why is she doing interviews and making light of the whole situation?  I don't understand why they are allowing it. I think it is very tacky. I hope they use her cavalier attitude against her when they make their decision."

I’m sure they will. They got rid of Nene who was way more valuable to them than Porsha. I don't think Porsha has a chance.
