I’ve been hanging on to this tea all weekend trying to get all the tea I could. It’s not much but it is interesting. Two things were going on regarding RHOA filming last week.  Since the incident between Cynthia, Shamea and Porsha on the boat at Lake Lanier production has been trying to figure out how to fix things.  Obviously, the best idea is to fire Porsha, at least from our perspective.  However, word on the street is that Bravo is trying to avoid either Cynthia or Porsha from pressing charges. Essentially, if Porsha were to press charges, Cynthia would press charges as well and then we have the potential for two more criminal cases. My suspicion is that Kenya received some sort of deal not to aggressively pursue Porsha’s prosecution from last year.  I’m not so sure things went as well for her second arrest.
As a result of the incident on the boat, it seems that Porsha may be rewarded for her behavior, simply because Bravo wants to keep her from bringing more negative attention to the show. It doesn’t make sense to me, but I’m told that is the thought process of production.  So basically, her bad behavior has been rewarded with the possibility of a peach.
Currently, Cynthia, Kim, Kandi, Kenya, and Phaedra have secure (or as secure as they ever are) peaches. Here is the big news. There are still THREE people fighting for TWO peaches.  Those three are Porsha, a new girl named Tammy (I have not heard a thing about her in WEEKS and now suddenly I’m hearing she is still a viable option) and…… **** Sheree Whitfield.

I would not believe that Sheree was still an option since she has been selling shoes on Instagram and trying to get people to pay her $5 for a selfie with her.   However, last week, the RHOA actually shot a new opening.  It’s been a million years since they have had a new opening.  And all EIGHT women were there.  Everyone shot a single shot. Several versions of the group shot were shot.  With everyone.  I know that Phaedra did some shooting inside her house with just her and the boys last week for part of her opening.

Part of the reason they have not had a new opening shot in a few seasons is because of the hot potato game they continue to play during filming with the peaches. This season, it seems production continues to follow the “film everyone, doing everything and see what works” approach.  I don’t really think that is a bad approach. It leaves the with the ability to do a new open no matter who they choose and regardless of what the storylines ends up by being.
The other thing is that of course Cynthia is not getting demoted. I told you that story was false weeks ago. In fact, her storyline is going to be about the issue with Peter being caught on film looking quite intimate with another woman.  There will possibly be some other situations he finds himself in as well and the focus will be on Cynthia and Peter working things out. Or not.

Okay, that’s the tea. I hope that this Tammy girl works out well. I am not ready for Sheree Whitfield to end up back on my screen. Especially since I hear she is getting only much better with Sheree recently.  I don’t want Kenya to end up having to deal with Sheree once she turns on her.  Oh and Marlo was not at the opening shootings.

P.S. Apollo is getting fan mail in prison. When he does he interacts with them and asks them to put money on his books. Who is surprised by that? Is Phaedra not keeping him in Ding Dongs and magazine subscriptions?  There is a limit to how much they are allowed to have and to spend on commissary per month.
