LOS ANGELES (LALATE EXCLUSIVE) – Kenya Moore’s “Moore Manor” will be featured on RHOA 8. But where is Kenya Moore’s new home? Earlier today, Kenya revealed construction framing underway on her home. And while details of the home construction will be revealed next season on Real Housewives of Atlanta, LALATE can exclusively report that Moore bought yet a second Atlanta home since last RHOA season. Kenya Moore’s Moore Manor, Sheree Whitfield’s Chateau Sheree, and other RHOA cast members will debut their new home changes next season on RHOA 8. Last season, Kandi Burruss battled issues with Momma Joyce after gifting her the old Burruss home. Burruss claimed Mama Joyce’s boyfriend did repairs and damaged Burruss’ old residence. Kandi later went on to buy Mama Joyce a great house nearer to her and Todd.

Previously, LALATE exclusively reported that Kandi bought her own palatial Burruss-Tucker eight thousand square foot mega mansion in foreclosure. The house is believed to have been bought for about $300,000. At the time, Kandi’s own house was purportedly worth over a million dollars. Then, Kandi stayed inside Cascade Heights for the Joyce house purchase. LALATE believes that Kandi paid in the three hundred to four hundred thousand range for the house if it nabbed in foreclosure. A similar home on the market sold around $364,000 at the time.

And what happened with Kenya? Next season, Kenya Moore will detail her new home repairs. LALATE can exclusively report that a person listed as “Kenya S Moore” and “age bracket 35 to 44″ also bought an Atlanta condo just recently. Online records report that Kenya S Moore, in addition to Moore Manor, bought a condo home on 10/3/14 for $304,600. Real estate websites claim that, at the time of purchase, the property was worth close to $900K. Aerial footage of the subdivision reveals that it was recently completed in about the last year.

In 2013, LALATE exclusively reported that NeNe Leakes’ claim that Kenya was “homeless” was hideously false. Leakes falsely said of Kenya on RHOA “surely I could not believe she was homeless… a top actress? … Surely you are not homeless.” Rather, Moore sold an adorable Los Angles residence that year with The Agency, Mauricio Umansky’s real estate company, LALATE exclusively reported. Kenya’s listing called her then home a “Celebrity Owned, Private, Secluded, Retreat.” Kenya Moore bought that adorable Los Angeles residence in June 1998 for $337,000. But on April 18 this 2013, Kenya sold her four bedroom, three and half bath residence for an impressive $685,000 with the Agency.
