Ivan Lendl: The Man Who Made Murray

^ A new book about Ivan Lendl coming out.
Looks like it is being marketed as a "tell all" about the Lendl and Murray relationship.
Probably from the Lendl perspective and a chance to milk some cash from the British public. ;)
