I still maintain that this is not going to be  walk in the park for Rafa. he is still having some back pain.

I have noticed that he is letting some balls go which is smart. there is also a significant decline in the velocity of his shots.

it could mean that he is allowing the intensity to increase slowly and gradually. he has not really needed a lot of gears yet anyway.

Sousa will test him and certainly Ferru will put up a formidable challenge in the final should Rafa get there.

most likely this is between ferru and rafa. one of them should be able to snatch the title.



looks like we have supermodels standing around at this event. very distractive. I would not be able to keep my eyes on the ball.



 

I don't think they are standing around too much general.  I think they are handling the balls. 

Don't know what Rafa's girlfriend thinks of all this...but she's there...
