poor gasquet. he just does not have enough confidence against the top players.

I know. How can you play the game and be so lacking in confidence? I remember when he came on tour and they were talking about how talented he was. I never thought so, just a one handed backhand, which I think they look awkward and off balance. But, for all the hype how on earth does he sit there year in and  year out and see all of the newbies make bigger strides than him? What would it take for him to get some confidence? Every time he's up against one of them you can just see the fear on his face.

He not only can't handle pressure in France, it appears that he can't handle pressure anywhere. It's really sad.
