Nole is the one who said Pete was his idol growing up. Nadal practically said the game was boring when Sampras played. Nole also went to talk to Pete about being and staying on top. I think Nole is going to feel more motivated if Pete gives out the trophy.

That's quite right actually. I don't think Nadal has much respect for Sampras' game but both Nole and Federer tend to idolize Sampras, In fact, many players do. I am not sure about Murray and how he feels about Pete but I know his idol was Agassi.
