Well, MTF did it again.  General Clay Death called Boss a clown and got a personal attack infraction and a permanent ban for accumulation of infractions.

I tried to reason with TViolation, but it did no good. Mimi also made a statement for them to come to their sensest.  In principle, I don't think anyone should be given a permanent ban for accumulation of minor infractions, no matter how many times it occurs.

In the real world, it would be like giving life imprisonment or the death penalty for insulting the town fool over and over again.

There should be a maximum ban time for each category of infractions by severity that gets invoked once a certain amount of infractions is exceeded for the category.  A personal attack is considered a relatively minor infraction.  The maximum ban time should be no more than a month whether you do it 10 times or 100.

Also, once General Clay Death returned from his first perma-ban, and served his probation period successfully, they should have automatically wiped out all of his minor infractions that had occurred over 2 years before and more.  It seems they didn't. 

General it's MTF's loss.  I think the forum is close to dying anyway.  When the Big 3 retire, it will be like a ghost town.
