 Have you felt  dismissed.
When you give your point of view
Repeating your truth
Over and over
Not just while in the midst of a crisis

Over months....over years.

Taking back my power by expressing the truth.
My perspective. Certainly.

I am aware of the good offered. Although, too little
The abuse and the dismissal far outweighs the good.

The delays ...atrocious habits

People who know and love me are in shock and disbelief that it is 2019....and it still is happening.

Damages excessive .
Exhausting
